Founded in 2004, CSoft Technologies began as an IT consulting firm, specializing in custom development, database administration, systems integration, and ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle etc.). From the outset, our team—comprising environmental engineers, scientists, electrical engineers, and IT experts—developed and launched:

CNotes, a shift communication application.
CSoft Technologies partnered with Lyondell-CITGO Refining LP in Houston, TX, to present papers at the National Petrochemical & Refiners Association (now American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers or AFPM). Early on, we made a pivotal decision to dedicate our efforts to researching, designing, and delivering a comprehensive suite of plant management software solutions.

Our flagship product, CNotes™: Shift Handover with Operational Excellence, was created as a complete software solution for operations, maintenance, supervisors, and management teams. The goal was to enhance plant performance by improving communication, safety, environmental issues and functionality, while enabling operators to implement actionable processes.
Since its launch, CNotes has been presented at numerous industry conferences, earning recognition and Operations Excellence awards. In 2012, Irving Oil, Canada’s largest refinery with a production capacity of over 300,000 barrels per day, featured CNotes in a formal presentation at the Refining Community conference in Galveston, TX.
